Vegetarian Mouthwatering Snack


Salt as need
Black Pepper as need
2 Cup Roasted Oats
1/4 Cup Boiled Peas
2 Cup Chopped Spinach
2 Chopped Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Mustard Oil
2 Tsp Lemon Juice

Vegetarian Healthy Snack Oats Cake Recipe


First we wash the Spinach then put in a wok & cover & cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Coriander & Green Chillies. Add & well mix Roasted Oats. Now add the all other ingredients then grind to a rough paste. Remove from heat & add 10 Tbsp Water to make the mixture bind together. Add Lemon Juice then divide into 16 balls. Flatten balls to get square pieces. Pan fry in a non-stick-pan in 2 Tsp Mustard Oil till golden brown in color. Healthy Cake is ready to eat or serve.
