Vegetarian Healthy World Famous Fire and Ice Drink "Minty Iced Spiced Tea" Recipe

Delicious Cold Tea


40 Fresh Mint Leaves
2 " Cinnamon
2-3 Springs of Mint
14 Tbsp Sugar
10 Tsp Tea Leaves
6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4" Ginger chopped


First we boil the 10 Cups Water with Cinnamon & Ginger then we add the Tea Leaves & Sugar. Boil for 2 minutes. Add 18-20 Mint Leaves. remove from fire. Strain & set aside to cool. Stir in the lemon juice. Pour 2 cup of the decoction mixed with the remaining mint leaves into an ice tray. Freeze to make tea flavoured ice cubes then place the remaining decoction in the freeze to chill. Pour into glasses then we add a few flavoured ice cubes. Decorate with springs of mint. Drink or serve instantly.
