How to Cook Indian Healthy Vegetarian Dish " Methi Tamatar Paneer"

Heavenly Delicious Taste of Cottagecheese Tomato & Fenugreek Leaves


Ingredients:


Salt as need
500 Gm Fresh Fenugreek Leaves
2 Tbsp Oil
6 Green Chillies
8 Medium Tomatoes finely chopped
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2" Ginger
400 Gms Cottagecheese cut into 1/2" cubes
12 Garlic Cloves
2 Tsp Dried Mango Powder
2 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
4 Medium onions finely chopped
Water

Preparations:


First we make Ginger Garlic & Green Chilli paste then we heat the Oil in a non stick pan. Add the Onions. Saute till they just start turning brown. Add the paste & stir fry for 5 seconds. Add the Coriander Powder, Salt & Chilli Powder. Mix very well. Instantly add the chopped Fenugreek Leaves. Cook on medium heat. Stirring continuously until completely cooked & dry. Add the tomatoes. Stir & cook over high heat for 5-6 minutes. Add 1 cup of Water. Cover & Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add the Cottage Cheese. Sprinkle Dried Mango Powder. Mix very well. Cook till the cottage-cheese is heated through. Eat or serve immediately.
